How long is my membership valid?

Membership validity is calendar-based. Your subscription renews on the same date each month or year, and if you cancel, access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Example: If you subscribe on October 13, your membership is valid until November 13. If you cancel before the renewal date, you will continue to have access until November 13.

How does payment and billing work?

All payments are securely processed via Stripe using credit or debit card–based transactions only. Please contact us if you need help before making a payment.

Why does my receipt show “TURN.GLOBAL”?

TURN.GLOBAL is the parent company of Hodama.lk, so payments may appear under that name on your receipt.

How does accessing premium content work?

You can access premium content for the entire duration of your active membership. Stories can be viewed unlimited times, but video stories cannot be downloaded as they are protected by DRM.

What is the policy for cancellations and refunds?

All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time, and access may continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including accidental or duplicate purchases. Duplicate accounts are not eligible for refunds, and your email will remain associated with your account after cancellation.
