Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing us. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms under which refunds are provided. Due to the digital nature of our training courses, which offer instant access, we generally do not offer refunds. However, there is one exception as detailed below:

Refund Eligibility:

Customers may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • A customer has inadvertently purchased duplicate or multiple copies of the same training course.
  • We cancel a course that a customer has pre-ordered, whether it’s due to postponement or discontinuation.


For a refund to be considered, customers must submit their request within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. All refund requests will be reviewed and are subject to our approval. A valid proof of purchase is essential for processing the refund.

Things to Note:

  • We are not responsible if a customer downloads a file but cannot open it due to incompatible software or computer issues on their end.
  • Discount codes or Promotions must be used at the time of checkout. We cannot apply them retroactively.
  • If you don’t see a refund, first verify with your bank or credit card company as there might be a delay (10 -15 Days) in processing.  
  • Updates are provided for only 6 months.
