Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses, we generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions include:
- Duplicate or multiple purchases of the same course.
- Cancellation of a pre-ordered course by the Company.
Refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of purchase and include valid proof of purchase. We are not responsible for issues due to incompatible software or hardware. Discount codes or promotions must be used at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

Course Updates
Our video courses are based on current systems and websites, which may update periodically. Tutorials may become outdated a few months after recording. We do not provide lifelong updates for courses. Given our limited resources and community, we offer a maximum of six (6) months of updates for courses from the date of purchase.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites not controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You agree the Company is not liable for any damage or loss caused by using these websites.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s total liability under any provision of these Terms is limited to the amount paid by You through the Service or $0 if nothing has been purchased. The Company is not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Disputes Resolution
If You have a dispute, You agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting the Company.

- We provide a maximum learning experience for users. It is the user’s responsibility to learn and research deeply; we provide necessary guidance only.
- The outcomes of video courses (financial, marketing, income, revenue, etc.) depend on you. How you practice, experiment, and apply these teachings is crucial. We cannot guarantee success simply by watching the courses. Success depends on your extensive care and efforts.
